Before trying anything else, attempt to repair and reset the application.
1. Navigate to the settings app.
2. Go to the Apps tab in the sidebar.
3. Scroll down until you find Windows App.
4. Select advanced options underneath the Windows App.
a. It may prompt you to login with DA account (Reach out to IT if so)
5. Scroll down until you see the repair and reset options.
6. You can try both of these individually, however, I prefer to do them at the same time in order to kill two birds with one stone.
7. Open the Windows App back up and pin it back to the taskbar and turn off default settings so the user can utilize all of their screens (the reset option resets any and all settings so you need to fix these).
8. Sign back into your Windows App.
If this happens to not fix the issue, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the Windows App.
1. Same steps as listed above, however, when you get to step 4 - select uninstall rather than advanced options.
a. It may prompt you to sign in with DA account (Reach out to IT if so)
2. Reinstall the app in the Microsoft store and ensure settings are correct.
If issues continue to persist, reach out to IT so we can further investigate the issue.
