Outlook Mobile - Create / Update Email Signature

Outlook on iPhone

  1. Begin by opening the Outlook mobile app, then click the colored circle on the upper left-hand side of the screen.
  2. A new menu will appear, from here click the Settings gear in the bottom left corner. 
  3. This will open the "Settings" menu. Scroll down until you find the Signature setting and tap it. 
  4. Make sure the original signature is removed. This can be done by tapping once and clicking Select All from the menu that appears. 
  5. From here you will either type your signature in manually or paste it from a previously sent email. To paste, press and hold until a menu appears that has the Paste option. 
  6. Once completed click the check mark on the upper right-hand side of the screen, this will save your new signature. From here you can close out of all the menus that you had previously opened. 
  7. Once you have finished editing, compose a new email from your phone to verify your signature looks correct. If it does not look correct, please repeat the above steps until you are satisfied with the result. 

Outlook on Android

  1. Open the Outlook app and go to the Outlook icon. 
  2. Click on the Gear icon at the bottom-left corner of the column. 
  3. Tap on your account and then tap Signature. 
  4. Enter the text and links you want to use as your signature. Alternatively, you can also paste your existing signature into this field. When completed, please click the check mark in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. 
  5. Once you have finished editing, please compose a new email on your phone to confirm that your signature appears correctly. If it does not appear correctly, please repeat the above steps in this guide until you are satisfied with the result.
