InformaCast - Mobile App Setup

1. First start by downloading the InformaCast app from your phone’s app store, this can accomplished by searching for “InformaCast” from the app store.                                                                                     

The app's logo will look like the one above 

2. Once downloaded, please launch the app and login using your HIG email address & network password. (See Below Photos of Login Process) 

3. After you have successfully authenticated you will then be prompted to allow the app to use your location and send both normal & critical notifications. Please allow both of these, they will only be used during an emergency scenario. 

4. Once completed you will reach a screen that looks like below, you are now finished setting up the mobile application.
