Windows Machines:
- Begin by logging into the Windows App
- Press Ctrl+Alt+End
- Click Change a password
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password twice
- Press Enter to confirm
- DONE
Mac Systems:
- Begin by logging into the Windows App
- Press Fn+Ctrl+Option+Backspace keys simultaneously
- Click Change a password
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password twice
- Press Enter to confirm
- DONE
Mobile Devices OR Unable To Access Windows App
Use the following steps to access Azure AD Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) and get back into your account.
- From any Office 365 Sign-in page, select the Forgot my password link or go directly to the Password reset page by following this link
- Enter your Corp. email address
(e.g. lskywalker@higusa.com or lskywalker@pei-gov.com or lskywalker@ers.net etc.)
3. Fill out the CAPTCHA, then click Next
4. You will then be prompted to authenticate using two different methods. (Ex. Authenticator App & Call)
5. After verifying your identity you will then be able to reset your password, upon success you will see a message stating Your Password Has Been Reset
6. You can now sign in using your new password
