How Do I Reset My Password?

Windows Machines: 

1. Begin by logging into the Windows App
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+End
3. Click Change a password
4. Enter your current password
5. Enter your new password twice
6. Press Enter to confirm
7. DONE

Mac Systems: 

1. Begin by logging into the Windows App
2. Press Fn+Ctrl+Option+Backspace keys simultaneously 
3. Click Change a password
4. Enter your current password
5. Enter your new password twice
6. Press Enter to confirm
7. DONE

Mobile Devices OR Unable To Access Windows App

Use the following steps to access Azure AD Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) and get back into your account.

1. From any Office 365 Sign-in page, select the Forgot my password link or go directly to the Password reset page by following this link
2. Enter your Corp. email address 

                                  (e.g.  [e-mail] or [e-mail] or [e-mail] etc.)

     3.  Fill out the CAPTCHA, then click Next

     4.  You will then be prompted to authenticate using two different methods. (Ex. Authenticator App & Call) 

    5. After verifying your identity you will then be able to reset your password, upon success you will see a message stating Your Password Has Been Reset

    6. You can now sign in using your new password
