There is a known issue with dragging and dropping attachments into Chrome when they are not directly from a file storage system (i.e., when you drag from Outlook). Applied has notified Google of this issue; however, it has not yet been resolved by Google. Below are some of the issues and how to correct them.
NOTE: THIS ISSUE IS NOT CONSISTENT BETWEEN USERS - SOME MAY EXPERIENCE ISSUES AND OTHERS MAY NEVER HAVE TO USE THE BELOW
Ways to attach back to Epic:
Use the Attach to Epic button in the Applied Epic Outlook Add-in to attach the email.
Use Epic Bridge to attach back to Epic
Drag and drop the email to the desktop, then drag and drop the same email from the desktop to Epic Browser.
Other Issues Reported:
Issue One: Check your subject. Does it have a colon in it?
Example: Subject - Hello : How are you
Resolution: Remove the colon and try to drag and drop into Epic again
Issue Two: Email is large
Example: The email is a really long chain
Resolution: Remove parts of the email that are not needed and try to drag and drop again.
